The Path to achieving the freedom of a living God
Not that I know of a path like that, honestly I don’t. But, what I am about to share is something I’ve stumbled upon in many of the books. Ask yourself is there thought without the word? If you’re thinking then who’s observing? Let those two questions blow your mind for a minute.
If you notice, each and every single thought which occurs in our mind is in a Language, It’s a series of words, endless, mostly meaningless and recurring. If you didn’t know any language, will there be a thought? The medium through which you communicate with the world is also the reason for your misery. How would you be happy? Do you know the difference between being happy and not miserable? That’s the starting point, reform your vocabulary, for the words you say eventually becomes part of recurring thoughts in your mind. Ask yourself again, Do you want to be happy, or just not be in misery. You’ll know the difference.
The thing which blew my mind off was when I found out that there is a state where you actually just watch your thoughts as an observer. In that state, you no longer define yourself as the mind because it is now separate, from your being. You are something else just watching the endless chatter of the mind, which you then realize takes you nowhere. It’s repeated again and again in circles. If you can do this, think that there is a roommate living with you in your mind who never shuts up, and watch him not as a part of yourself but as something different. You’ll realize the freedom you have is none less than of a living god. (P.S. I am still learning to be this way)
